Summer Reading 2026

All students must read one book — fiction or nonfiction — from their grade-level list. Students enrolled in AP English courses must follow the requirements specified in their course packet. Many titles are available via Sora; search local library catalogs below each title.

Read with a purpose. Consider how the protagonist's journey — or the author's argument — illuminates broader societal questions, and what the challenges faced, moral dilemmas encountered, and transformative moments reveal.
